Io

Io, the primal dragon. Many people speculate the involvement of Io but all mostly agree on the mother of all dragons. Io, claimed to be the first dragon god. Who split themselves into Bahamut and Tiamat, others claim they created Tiamat and Bahamut from the dust of distant galaxies. Many things are unknown of Io but they're commonly labeled creator of dragon gods and head of the Draconic Pantheon.
