Wanted Posters

Wanted posters vary in quality, but their purpose is the same - to bring public awareness of certain individuals and for people to notify those in charge as to the location of these individuals.
The most common use of wanted posters are to locate criminals who have commited either a noticable crime spree, or commited a major offense.

Other posters may be for missing persons, usually people of rank, though this practice is not nearly as common as the person of interest posters because a missing person of noble rank could be held hostage or kidnapped by ruffians and scoundrels.
These posters vary in quality based on the information available. The poster looking for Mathias Skarzvard is of lower quality than the poster of his father due to his appearance being less distinctive, and more likely to change because he is on the cusp of adulthood at the approximate age of 15. His age was also a factor in his lack of a consistent wanted poster because "Tall skinny kid with a greatsword" is not a very specific description.
The young Lady Valeska Great-Cook is the daughter of Arle Nunciel Great-Cook, so her Missing Person poster is more accurate and based off of a portrait that had been painted for her.
Wanted posters are generally released based on the organization who is seeking out the individual. A person looking for another person would usually not have wanted posters out because the process is generally expensive, requiring the spread across regions to multiple towns, cities, and villages. The posters are generally made by hand, though mages can replicate the images for the appropriately higher cost.
There have been events where the posters were out of date before they were finished being spread out.
