For a woman of such tanned olive skin and dark hair Josie has ice blue eyes that are almost white... a lot of people in the Frozen Wilds whisper that she is possessed by the Goddess of Ice and that is why her eyes are such.

Personal history
Josetta Hathor was born in the small town of Husnah, Dunecrest to a woman who was once a slave but set free by the local authorities. Josie's mother never had a last name so her mother just took the name of one of the gods as her last name. Even though her mother was set free the authorities she was not given a job, money or anything to really help with life outside of slavery. Which was a bit of a hassle when she had a child so her mother basically moved to Asrahmat to become a lady of the night to care for her child. Basically Josie spent her days sleeping with her mother in the brothel house and her nights running in the streets picking the pockets and doing what was able to keep her alive.
When Josie was about 18 she decided that it was time to leave her mother and take responsibility for herself, so she took off becoming an adventurer. She followed her heart where ever it took her which then lead her to Endigo. The teifling and Josie seemed to get along very well although he liked to make himself seem more angry and stone cold then he really was. For 5 years the two of them traveled until they came acrossed the Frozen Wilds in the north, both of them found it wonderful and thought about all the people that had been wrongly judged along the way. They came up with a program for those that want a second chance at life and decided to help those in jail around the world creating the Ebonshield Guild.
Josie is fast with a gun and even faster with a whip, she also has a very protective streak with Endigo. She will not hesitate to kill anyone that fucks with their dream.

She read many books in the libraries there and tends to take a few days when in a new place to learn as much as she can before she moves on .... but the one place her and Endigo seemed to like the most was the frozen wilds.
