Ramsey Featherlight

Ramsey is actually the ninth in line of the Featherlight children but his twin Raven lets him say he is the oldest making him eighth in line, both of the twins are pretty hard headed and seem to want to follow Raina to the City Watch. Their mother is not really happy about it but their father keeps telling her to let them follow their dreams for now.
