Rosie is the younger sister after Riesa which makes her seventh in line of the Featherlight kids, she is also the one closest to Riesa in age and is the one that worries about her the most. When Riesa and Rosie were little both of them got kidnapped by slavers, the circumstances about how they got out were never revealed to anyone but Rosie seems very scared that Riesa will die. Rosie and Riesa basically tell each other everything.
