Zodyak Mk II

The Zodyak Mk II is a prototype flying kayak used as a both a kayak and boarding craft on the Nomad. Zodyaks are used by scouts in The Lost City of Saxon. The Mark II was offered as a prize to the winnder of a Zodyak Race which the Party won with the help of their friend, Koba. Notable for its ability to hover over difficult terrain and a hollowbeam headlight that turns surfaces in its glow intangible, the Party earned a powerful vehicle when they won the race.

Hollow Beam Length: 8” (front) or 2” (side, the length of the kayak)


Rather than the traditional Grappling hook, Zodyaks are equipped with a hollow beam that turns any obstacle caught within the beam intangible on the next turn. A hold action is required to fire the hollow beam.

Hollow Beam: A member of the boarding party on board the Zodyak may point a hollow beam at up to two of the enemy’s sails, removing the bonus from that sail, or the hull, reducing the ship or Leviathan’s armor by 3
