Babbling Patty

The green hag known as "Babbling" Patty can be found in her hut up on the moors of Faerie, or wandering the area around her home. She can be heard before one sees her, due to her habit of chattering incessantly to herself, or to anyone or anything that might be listening. However, being a green hag with a magical talent for mimicry, Patty rarely if ever speaks in her own voice. Instead, she borrows the voices of those she has heard speak, both people and animals. It's difficult to say whether she truly understands the birds she "speaks" to, or whether they are merely echoing back and forth without any true communication, but either way birds of all kinds flock to her for food and companionship.
