Dragonkin

Dragonkin are humans, with the blood of dragons, thanks to blessings bestowed upon their ancestors by the Dragon Sovereigns. This gives them many draconic traits, and sets them apart from regular humankind. They are fairly rare, but widespread, and are most common in civilisations who worship dragons.
