Libertadia

Libertadia is a small port town in the Spiral Isles. For a while, it was a fringe territory of the Pirate Union, until their collapse. It is now considered territory of the new Cobrian Union. Having been founded by freed slaves, Libertadia is home to wide range of ethnicities, and is quite highly religious, devoted to the Lady of the Mists, Vanessa Fang, who freed them.
Libertadia is currently lead by the High Priestess Ixi Fang.
