Dhoulmagus "The Juggler" Evensong (duel-may-gus)
One of the Four Underbarons on Bral. Dhoulmagus, half-elven male, oversees a network of swindlers and minstrels. Street performers, tavern singers, even actors at the R.T.C, The Juggler has ties with quite a few of them.
He also operates and owns the "Juggler’s Folk Guildhouse", which is a front for his thief's guild. Mr. Evensong is constantly in turf wars with the nearby rival gang "The Red Masks", a new minor group that has recently sprouted up and is currently fighting for power.
Even crime lords have passions, and Dhoulmagus is no exception. His theme and moniker actually stim from his passion for performance arts. From juggling to singing he is well versed, but nothing compares to his main talent of sword swallowing. And although he hasn't mastered it, he does dabble in Illusion magic.
Without contest he is the most vulgar and crude Underbaron of the four. His speech typically shows no restraint and has been known for saying the first thing that comes to mind. A common response to a person from him is "Fuck if I care, what does it matter?"
