Mara Stormwind
The Arch Priestess of Lunaria. Mara is an Aasimar female, born to a pair of human parents but given the blessing of Selune. Many people from around the Astral Sea regard her with high honor. From an early age she followed the path of devotion to Selune and would join in with the temple to give blessings to those in need.
A popular tale of Arch Priestess Stormwind is the day a goliath man was suffering from the lycanthropy blessing and started attacking people in Lunaria. Mara was a mere 11 years of age and yet she sprinted up to the blood covered werebear and clinged to his calf. She showed no signs of fear, but instead she cried. She felt for the goliath and shouted he could overcome the wild instincts if he let Selune in. And her words got through the haze of feral madness and he did accept Selune, and he reverted his form.
Though now at her rank an audience with her is quite difficult, the people that do speak with Mara describe her as "saintly" and "eloquent". Often doing her most in order to aid the people seeking it and share Selune's love to all. She is typically seen walking the streets of Lunaria on a Ten-day, with her pet Lunar Dragon Wyrmling Vulonkrein.
