Meredin Sandyfoot
One of the four Underbarons of Bral. Meredin, halfling female, is headquartered in a neighborhood known as the Burrows, and holds sway over craftspeople. She insures that people of the burrows are never messed with. Robbers and pickpockets will quickly be familiar with the edge of her blade. Her influence is the lesser of the four Underbarons, but she doesn't care about all of that. Meredin only wants to protect her people and keep them safe.
Her conversations with people are brief, like she's always got somewhere else to be. With a rushed speech pattern as well. But regardless of her tone and eagerness to leave, Meredin always tries to show she cares about the person she is speaking with.
