Zoor-hun
Zoor-hun, the respected ruler of Sheol, the major city of Kraagstrux. A Purple Dragon, that one cycle was traversing the astral sea when he came across a chunk of Avernus floating through a wildspace. This chunk, Kraagstrux, swarming with demons was a terror to spelljammers and travelers. Zoor-hun decided to deal with the threat. Liberating the rock and clearing the demons.
A secluded being, he prefers to rest deep in the heart of Kraagstrux. Many residents of Sheol speak of him with high regard. He protects them like the very people are his hoard. To harm a citizen of Sheol will bring the wrath of Zoor-hun. And though it is rare, he has taken on a human form to traverse the streets of his city to greet his citizens and take in the growth of the town.
