A successful save (Constitution 20) negates the deafness and reduces the damage by half. If the target is holding a fragile object, they may make a Dexterity save (Dexterity 25) to negate damage for the object.

Anca is a gargantuan goose who is frequently hypothesized to be the entity who created the world. Anca has been known to be able to speak several languages, but frequently doesn't, only wandering the multiverse as an agent of chaos. It is unclear why she created the world, but whatever her reasons, she seems to have no interest in preserving it. She will not attack entities unless provoked, but she will occassionally destroy things out of sheer boredom.
