Pact Magic is the strongest kind of magic in Covenant due to its manor of creation. Even a pinky swear being broken can lead to misfortune, break one and perhaps you will find yourself unable to find your coin pouch after a trip to the market. Break a handshake deal and you might find yourself severely ill. Lets just say there are very few oath breaker paladins alive.
