A Young Merchant turned New Mayor of Hampstead after he provided much needed supplies and materials to the town after the Cult of Smiles tore the town up.  Due to the goodwill he developed among the people by helping repair their town he was elected several months later as mayor of the Town and decided to stick around and continue to improve Hampstead for the sake of its residents.
He is a handsome human man with Blonde Hair and Green eyes who dresses rather sharply and neatly appropriate for his station as mayor, but is often scene working alongside the men who continue to rebuild Hampstead gaining him ever more favor.  Cheerful for the most part but serious about routing out the remainder Cult of Smiles.  He has Inspire and increased the funding for law enforcement allowing Sheriff Jim to hire around a dozen new deputies to aid him in routing out the cultist and keeping the town safe from any threats.
