Curse of Dendar

Touched by the cursed green flames of Dendar, the Serpent may mark a victim to do its bidding on this mortal plane.
When the afflicted is suffering pronounced physical or mental stress they will fall asleep and the tattoo of Dendar on their right arm bears its fangs creeping closer to the victims neck as they suffer horrible nightmares. Each time this happens the tattoo winds itself closer to their neck, once it reaches the neck it will sink its fangs into the skin and Dendar will Possess the individual imbuing them with strength and magic, but also transforming them into her loyal servant. Even after the Curse is dispelled the image of the snake will remain upon the victim as an everlasting mark of Dendar's presence.
