Empulsia, Archdevil Countess

A Devil of Nobility but lesser in terms of power as one such as Dis. Her longing for greater station is only matched by her appreciation of art in all its forms. Her Realm often takes the form of a Rich Aristocratic Manse or Great Art Gallery and performance house filled with terrible and wonderous works of art, and hosts of like minded devils and followers of all kinds. The only static and unchanging aspect of these abodes of Empulsia is her Manservant Sabazio.

Empulsia is a patron of the arts and her powers vast but she seems to use her passion as themes for her abilities. In addition one of her legs is a prosthetic made of some divine material granting her immunity to Radiant damage. She also creates strange and horrifying works of art crafted from the souls of mortal beings. The purer the soul the more beautiful the artwork in her opinion. Many of these works seem to have magical properties of their own able to charm, frighten, or mesmerize those that would gaze upon them.

Empulsia herself appears as a tall female humanoid, always dressed as an aristocrat or nobility. She typically has Black hair with streaks of Red in it, her skin is a pale pink, and Two curved horns crest the top of her head. Notably she has one Goat like hooved leg and one leg, a prosthetic made of divine material that gleams gold, and appears in shape a normal human females. This Golden Leg radiates a divine energy and is coveted by its Mistress.
