Ruhan of the Three Immortals

A man from myth the legendary Demilich of a fallen hero of times past. Though driven insane by his mad experiments he seeks to end his sufferings and has joined The Passing Order and their cause to assure his own demise. He acts as a font of mystical wisdom and advises the Order and well as being in tune with the other side communicating with the dead.
