The Slums of Shan-rin are a dangerous place. The Neglect the Elven overlords of Kaido show to them are the same they show to their occasional bastard half-breed offspring. Cast out of the Decadent inner city as soon as he displeased his elven kin, the half elf boy know known as Silver quickly learned that only the Cunning and vicious survive and thrive out here.
Silver eventually formed his own gang of Misfits and Miscreants that now terrorize the poor residents.
