The Three Serpents

Large statues of The Three Elder Snake gods of the Yuan ti all facing each other in a massive size near the center of the city. It marks a Courtyard in which the Bazzar, Palace Outskirts and Merchant district meets within the city and often sees high traffic by folks from all walks of life.   Dendar, Goddess of Nightmares and Magic, Depicted as a Large Viper encircling a pure blood priestess with Gleaming Violet gems for eyes and her eyes outstretched towards the deity. Mysterious in her ways and motives her secretive followers are rarely seen gathered at the Statue.    Sseth, God of War, Plots, Poison and Conquest: His Statue is that of a Monstrous snake like abomination with the torso of a man and large bat-like wings, and head of a Viper. His Statue was usually accompanied by a large number of White Cloaked priests and worshipers during the afternoons. With the defeat of Orochi these White cloaked worshipers have all dissipated and no longer praise the god openly.   Merrshaulk, God of the Chosen, The Sleeping One, The Once primary god of the yuan ti until Sseth took over. Of the trio he is the more orderly. He is depicted as a Large Man with a Cobra for a head wielding a mighty staff. On his statue the words He Has Forsaken us is written in the Yuan-ti language. No supporters are seen around his statue. Support of this god has dwindled and some believe he may have met his end in recent history.   A few months after the events of Orochi's downfall the Statues of the Three were moved away from the center of the city and to the Temple of the Many and Replaced by a large Fountain with a statue of Empress Wu in the center of it.
