Wic

A small village to the south of Stonehall that boarders river and The Farmland of the capitol. Lately farmers have been going missing and their clothing would end up on scarecrows withing the first harvest fields.
It boasts a Small Inn and stable called The Workhorse. and a Small general goods store called River and Grain, owned by the village elder Rassk.
The Towns annual First harvest festival has them decorating the Town and the Fields beyond with many scarecrows often dressed in silly outfits.
