Wyvrn Seaport

The Large City of Wyvrn sits in a large bay known as The Bay of Halftooth. Wyvrn is a large Seaport and a dominant player in the world trade scene acting a mediator for most of the world trading enterprises. The city is controlled by a Triumvirate of Dragon Ministers known as The Ministers of the Draconic Accordance. The Cities population itself is made up by various Dragons, Half Dragons, and Dragonborn separated into 3 separate  categories, Chromatic, Metallic, and Gemstone each with their own political and cultural beliefs.
