Hiram St George

CEO Hiram St George (a.k.a. Draconis)

"The first thing one notices when meeting Ophidicorp CEO Hiram St George is that he is a large man. Not only in body, and he is the first to point this out, but also in spirit. He has a loud hearty laugh that you hear often around him, it fills the room and lights it like a hearth. When he shakes your hand, a feeling of warmth flows through you, relaxing and comforting. But for all that, there is a haunted look in his eyes, especially when he talks about his the history of his city, and that of his family."

    Personal history

Hiram St George was the older twin brother of Jacob St George, aka Fireheart. Though he was only moments older, his younger brother inherited the Dragon Blood mantle. Jealously and rage grew into a decades long feud as Hiram used ancient magics to assume the mantle of Draconis, the natural enemy of the lineage. He used his fathers corporation to engage in criminal activities to sequester personal power. Eventually Fireheart stripped Hiram of Draconis, and Hiram was banished in shame.   When Fireheart disappeared after the Exodus, the loss of his favorite son broke the Sr Winston St George, and he died shortly after leaving Hiram all of his holdings. The nobliity of the act, combined with the loss of his brother, transformed Hiram and he sought to redeem himself. When Terminal City fell in the Trinity War, Hiram used the opportunity to repay his debts to society manyfold. Since those days he has engaged in extended philanthropy world wide, and is seen as a moral compass of the city.
