The Sea of Change

The Sea of Change is by all accounts the largest concentration of Dead God Essence within the planet. Its location is indeterminate and all paths to it are non-euclidean in nature. Its significance is large enough to be seen as the actual dead body of the god, while incorrect in nomenclature, its attributes are comparable in sheer incalculability.
The reason for the Sea of Change's not happening sooner is unknown, however the most likely case is due to the gradual increase in living connection to the Domain throughout the last 1000 years, leading to its discovery.
It is considered that if a humanoid consciousness made direct contact with the sea, a reaction like no other would occur, perhaps a god could even be born?
