Applesoot Brewhouse

Applesoot is a famous brewhouse in Hekros. Their most popular item is their Sootsong Cider, a fermented apple cider seasoned with an extra spicy cinnamon imported from Barkgull and given additional potency from an extract of a type of mushroom found in the Pebble Islands. They also produce a number of other popular brews including ciders, mead, ales, and rum.
The brewhouse itself does not serve tap, but does distribute to many ports in the Acronian Sea. The owning Avanada Family, a merchant clan of humans, also owns a number of taverns (which serve their products) found in the city and a few in the countryside, including the Red Chicken Yellow Biscuit Inn in the capital's southern tavern district. Applesoot was founded by the family over 200 years ago, before which the family owned an apple orchard which they used to produce their flagship cider.
