Whispering Echo Stone

Description: The Whispering Echo Stone is a small, palm-sized stone tablet adorned with intricate runes and symbols. When activated by its attuned user, it allows for instant communication with another attuned user of a corresponding Whispering Echo Stone, regardless of the distance between them in Creation. The stones work in pairs, and each user must have their own stone attuned to the other in order to communicate.
Stat Block: Commitment: 3 motes
Activation: To activate the Whispering Echo Stone, the user spends 1 mote and focuses their intention on the individual they wish to communicate with. The stone will then vibrate gently and emit a soft glow to indicate that it is ready to receive a message.
Function: Once activated, the user can speak their message, which is then instantly transmitted to the corresponding stone. The message can be heard only by the attuned user of the receiving stone. The receiving stone will vibrate and emit a soft glow to notify its user that a message has arrived.
Range: The Whispering Echo Stone can transmit messages anywhere within Creation. It does not function across dimensions or in places where Essence cannot flow.
Limitations: The Whispering Echo Stone can only transmit spoken messages, not images or written text. Each message is limited to a maximum of one minute in duration. The stones can only be used once every 10 minutes, and both users must have at least 1 mote of Essence available to activate their respective stones.
The Whispering Echo Stone is a valuable tool for long-distance communication, allowing Solars to stay connected and share vital information, even when they are far apart in their adventures throughout Creation.
