Ebisu is revered for his great wisdom, arcane knowledge, and cunning. His dedication to the acquisition of magic is severe. He is obsessed with the acquisition of power. Even though little is known about Ebisu, besides the fact that he joined the side of the Devastation Court for one single purpose. That was to enjoy fighting his fellow deities to experience their divine magics. He promises his followers magical knowledge as long as they strive to seek new magic.

The Cult of the Sorcerer places a premium on arcane knowledge and cunning solutions to problems. Followers of Ebisu constantly seek new knowledge as an advantage over their foes. The cult promotes self-reliance and to craft your own unique spells. If a ruler takes an advisor from the cult but than disregards or scoffs at their magic, the advisor may leave without warning or even switch sides to the ruler's enemy.
