The city itself is not large, but due to them being in the middle of nowhere, a lot of the residents have spread out their homesteads. Outside of Halarus is a dragonborn settlement led by a gold dragonborn named Totrin. There is also a Leonin tribe of the Sabrekin outside of the city.
