Torre Velaris

Torre Velaris is an enormous library and school on the island of Velaris. It started as a research facility for the arcane arts, and those in charge started expanding the building as the research grew. Eventually Torre Velaris took over the arcane arts as a whole, with an extensive library of Velaris's history, and the thousands of years of research at hand.
