Shrine of Luck

In the humble town of Phandalin, the Shrine of Luck stands as a beacon of hope and faith. Constructed from stones salvaged from the nearby ancient ruins, this small but significant shrine is dedicated to Tymora, the goddess of luck and good fortune. Tymora, known for favoring the bold and the risk-takers, is revered here as a symbol of optimism and possibility, reflecting the spirit of the town's people as they rebuild and grow.

Dedication to Tymora

The Shrine of Luck serves as a reminder of the ever-present chance for fortune and the importance of seizing opportunity. Devotees and travelers alike visit the shrine to offer their prayers, hoping for Tymora's favor in their endeavors. Symbols of Tymora, like coins and small trinkets, are common offerings found at the shrine, each carrying a personal story of hope and ambition.

Caretaker of the Shrine

The shrine is lovingly cared for by Sister Garaele, a scholarly acolyte and a zealous young elf. Sister Garaele, distressed by the malevolent forces in Phandalin, is determined to see the town free from all evils. Her dedication to Tymora's teachings is unwavering, as she seeks to guide and protect the community through her faith and wisdom.

Connection to the Harpers

Beyond her role as a caretaker, Sister Garaele is a covert member of the Harpers, an organization of adventurers and spies advocating equality and justice. The Harpers, known for their efforts to gather information and combat tyranny across Faerûn, find in Sister Garaele a devoted ally. Through her, the Shrine of Luck becomes not only a place of worship but also a subtle hub of information and resistance against oppression and abuse of power.

"In the light of Tymora, every shadow of misfortune is but a prelude to brighter paths. We must only have the courage to walk them."

— Sister Garaele
