Nosirith

The Northwest quarter of Casway are the human ruled lands of Nosirith. Since humans settled here from Nalchaa in ancient times they have inhabited the vast forests along the west coast to the great lake stretching from the Ephemeral Vale to the edge of Aurgwyn Vale. Much of the land is covered in deciduous forests of elm, birch, and larch trees farmed for their lumber as well as trees bearing a variety of pomegranates, figs, and carobs. The capital of human territory is the central city Dolerin, the most populous inland city with thousands of citizens where the royal family has sat for two centuries. Other notable towns include Hetfield, Onnasis, Reinburg, Ranceheim, Klopfeld, and Golwick which all dwarf numerous small townships and are far more secure in the nights of winter. The free city on the peninsula to the north, Nemuton was once part of Nosirith, but succeeded by holding the town's only road against invasion by King Johannes IX's forces for four months.
