Unexplained Secret Society Training Facility
Gazette News Travel Guide
From the desk of Melody Rice, Reporting from Crooked Mile
MRice Log Date 1907
Until recently the administrators at Hawkshaw Investigation secret society trainers refused to work with Crooked Mile Circle, but dangerous and unexplained incidents forced them into accepting students who joined the Circle and instructors who worked with the Circle's students.
The Hawkshaw Travel LLC agency specializes in unique vacations. Their vacation packages include research, antiquity and murder investigation tours that include meals, drinks and lodging. Explorers are sought after to book bushcraft vacations in outback regions where the Federal Bureau of Paranormal Investigations (FBPI) is disinclined to go.
Too many clients showed up for training missions without backwood experience prerequisites, or they knew nothing about ghosts, ghouls and evolved creatures. When researchers arrive without the data, they needed to reconsider their choices, because the creatures detect their vulnerability. Testing out services with the Crooked Mile Circle is a two-way expedition. The agency learns while the Circle attempts to improve their skills under conditions of stress and scarcity.
I've been invited to record the next adventure for the Circle. It's been my dream to travel to undiscovered places. I am looking forward to eating the local cuisine and exploring the terrain. I've heard the accommodations weren't not up to par, so there was a major renovation done last year. Letting the Pingo Chamber of Commerce know I am coming along will encourage them to spruce the hostel up. I am not sure why, but other Gazette reporters declined the invitation to go.
