Spells Powered by Earthshaking Wrath
Queen Cirsea found it challenging to conjure and cast spells. She had moments when she wasn't angry by nature. Her disposition shifted, resembling the ascent of hot, humid air fueled by a surge of energy. Her heart occasionally thumped with such intensity that she yearned to either annihilate everyone around her or summon enough magma to create mountains and islands. She didn't just learn how to spawn worlds, but also other spell manifestations. As a powerful sorceress, she shared her strategies for combat, protection, and healing with her closest friends.
Queen Cirsea absolved herself of any harm she caused. By casting a spell, one aims to tap into the hidden forces and modify the spell's effects. After building a kingdom, she expressed her complaints about how tiring it was. In contrast to her mother's patient technique, Queen Cirsea frequently cast spells without any particular intention. She willingly took on a spell with harmful influences and consequences.
Beware: Queen Cirsea, formerly an average yet indulged goddess Queen, mastered the art of casting spells and charms. All the same, a broken heart that never mends is a more enduring affliction than any torrid love affair. Being labeled a despot and tyrant pleased Queen Cirsea. Once her friendship with Empress Iomene was rejected, she immersed herself in the world of dark magick, ghouls, and merciless shadows. Cathaleen's Grimoire contains spells and curses for rare occasions, with a disclaimer to use them sparingly and briefly. Queen Cirsea's spells are tools of warfare.
Queen's Provoked Tempest
Effect
The Tempest spell is designed to manipulate an environment. The result is a captivating land that entices and ensnares explorers. Either they can't leave because they fear they won't find another world like it, or because the land and sea won't let them go. Queen Cirsea opted to create a utopian realm for many years. Inviting Empress Iomene, she expected she would not wish to depart. But the empress showed no interest in the Cirsea Islands or the spell she developed.
Queen Cirsea cast the spell thrice across her dominion, inflicting the islands in the Perpetual Seas with luring haunts and emotionless creatures. The Crusthoulians were invited to host parasites and thrive. She knew that the regenerating spell would handle the islands, allowing her to cause harm elsewhere.
Manifestation
The Tempest spell is a regenerating incantation. The intensity of the spell can only be decreased, modified, or canceled by the one who initially cast it. Tempest spells are beneficial due to their long-lasting effect, similar to curses. Curses are entirely dependent on intent. Combining curses and spells boosts their potency.
Queen Cirsea emphasizes the significance of adhering to both physical and mental steps when explaining her spell. Successful spells are cast by experienced casters. Genuine hostility and belief in arcane magick amplify the effectiveness of a dark spell. Long-lasting spells effectively utilize specific materials. Certain times of day, year, or lunar cycle enhance the effectiveness of spells. The intention behind it determines whether negative energy and multiple forces weaken, strengthen, or backfire a spell. There is no backing for the argument that interference causes spells to fail. Chaos can result from spells, curses, and other forms of wicked interference. If a spell is cast in a fit of rage, the intended outcome is cruel.
Visible Outcomes
- Objects appearing or disappearing.
- Lightening bolts and shock effects.
- Environmental destruction, like freezing, drought, earthquakes or floods.
- Physical transformations of the caster or target
- Visibility of symbols or sigils
Dark Arts Sensations that are provoked by the Queen include: Tingling or itching, hearing whispers, sinister melodies, burning or itching scents, gagging tastes, the presence of energy not seen, sudden insights, nightmares, mood swings, intution, agitation, synchroncity, and unexpected or unexplained phenomena.
A caster's focus must be attuned with the spell intentioned. A wrathful state of mind is expected without a shred of conscience that interferes with any negative force that would bring a halt to the spell's success.
