Assets

Sinko Fruit.

Sinko Fruit is a sweet red fruit the size of a human fist. One fruit can supply enough food and water to maintain a human/demihuman for a single day. The fruit soft and becomes rotten after being picked within 5 days, making it a delicacy hard to transport far. Sinko juice is enjoyed alone or in alcoholic beverages, but like the fruit- the juice turns bitter and rancid in 5 days even if sealed (magics have been used to prolong the shelf life of sinko juice- but this is expensive and rare).

Daboato Port.

The ports of Daboato are well known to the criminal world as a place to smuggle or buy illegal goods or travel. Many sailors of Daboato know of hidden shallows to bypass Confederation patrols allowing ways in and out of Crim to go undocumented or unseen. Many under-guilds benefit from the blind eye of the local authority while the Confederation is refused access to all Boatian ports.

History

Pre-revolution, Sinko'Daboato was a far off prison colony used to import and export Vangash supplies for authority forces. This outpost employed many convicted pirates and seaman to operate the busy port and harvest the local Sinko fruit. Treatment of the prisoners was inhumane and too demanding- leading to a rebellion that saw Vangash losing its most southern port of Crim.   The revolution allowed pirates and smugglers to capture the port and rename it "Daboato" after the famous pirate "Lobo Daboato  The Bastard of the Sea" who lead the final attack on the port. Lobo fathered many children in the newly settled pirate haven before entrusting the Landstate to his family and setting sail from Crim forever.   Now Daboato exists outside of Confederation protection or inspection allowing a bustling commerce to grow unchecked and unhindered by oversight or regulation. Sinko'Daboato has grown into a welcoming state for rogues and thieves as well as a place to smuggle all forms of goods and people to and from the mainland.
