Surrounding the central sea, the Espa people live mostly in harbour towns make from beige stone decorated with brightly colour pigments which they make from various local flora and fauna. These lands are protected by an item named the Sceptre of Oceanious, and item that maintains peace and prosperity in their lands. The Sceptre is kept in their capitol Nazaranjan, the largest Espa city marked by various giant spires which reach into the skies.
