These lands are ruled by giants and their lesser kin. With most of the real settlements not more than villages due to the constant giant threat, many have taken their belongings and have chosen for a more mobile lifestyle, which in turn resulted in the largest settlement being a collection of various moving homes and tents which get moved so that they avoid the many giants who reside in the woods. With the threat of death always hanging above them, the locals are friendly and take any excuse to celebrate. The only other kind of civilization are the various Goliath camps which dot the area surrounding the central mountain, "The Thundering Summit" which they see as sacred.
