Izek Strazni

The right hand man of Burgomeister Vargas "The Baron" Vallakovich. He has a "corrupted" right arm, making him able to throw fire and have inhuman strength. He is fiercely loyal to Vargas, and is considered what people are actually scared of enough to not revolt against Vargas.
Lady Fiona Wachter wants us to prevent him from being at the festival, to remove the largest threat to her plan of overthrowing Vargas.
