Stella Wachter

The daughter of Lady Fiona Wachter. We found her locked in a room with a large padlock on the door. She has the mannerisms of a cat, and mostly seems to repeat "Little kitty is sad and wants to play" or "Little kitty is having fun playing", depending on her mood.
