Stella Wachter

Stella Wachter is the preteen daughter of the noble Wachter family, residing in Wachterhaus in Vallaki. She had not been seen since her mother unsuccessfully attempted to marry her off to the son of the burgomaster in order to strengthen her bid at unseating him, but was later discovered to be locked in her bedroom, soiled and abandoned.

Stella and Victor deeply enjoyed their time together. Stella had some basic knowledge of enchantment that her mother was teaching her to use to control people, and Victor had been using the books in the attic to gain a knowledge of necromancy. They had been drawing a teleporation circle together in order to escape the town and Stella volunteered to test it. Unfortunately, it scrambled her wits by the faulty inscriptions as she was sent through several planes in milliseconds.

Short term side effects were slight madness, long term sideffects appeared to be complete lack of awareness, catatonia, fits of laughter, tears and hysteria. Victors only way to help her and put her mind at ease was to make her think she was a cat.

If rescued: She expressed resentment against her mother and wished to run away and be free of this life.
