Arrigal

Brother of Luvash, Arrigal is the co-leader of the Vistani encampment settled on the Dusk Elf hovels south of Vallaki. He has been highly suspicious and unwelcoming of the party unlike most other Vistani. He targeted Boop, trying to get him to crack or reveal information. Flint was able to cover for him, but Arrigal's suspicions still remained.
