Session 9: We Need Therapy 9/12/2021

General Summary

We have a group therapy session for Eshonai who is convinced she has killed Bronco. We learn a few things about Eshonai. She follows “the way of the leaf.” “We are the leaves on the tree of life. A leaf doesn't do harm. When a leaf does fall it falls to nourish new leaves. That's how it is with all men and all women.” Eshonai understands that we see things differently but she needs us to understand that there are not just her but there are so many unfathomably other people who see differently from us.
We decide to take it easy and get some rest for the night before planning in the morning on where they should depart to start their journey to find Fistandia.
In the morning, we gather in the tavern. Kewpie and Reverie join our group. We make preparations for our long journey towards the High Forest.
In the evening, we watch the sunset together at the beach. We notice someone drowning and make attempts to save them. We discover the person who was drowning is a friend of Eshonai's, Xayah. She is invited to join the party.

Eshonai gets a group therapy session. We learn more about each other.
Kewpiew and Reverie join the party.
The group makes preparations for their long journey to the High Forest.
