TL: Lesser Intelligence Vessels Lost During Operations. Recommendations Contained Herein.
>.Due to various factors, intelligence vessels belonging to multiple organisations have been lost in rapid succession in the Tiatholon, Gracenhove and southern Polaris provinces.
>.Common responses are suspension of mission parameters to allow vessels to enter concealment, abortion of active mission to allow escape of vessel on unscheduled channel, and suspension of mission so that vessels may form defensive squadrons.
>.PIC commissioners have identified intelligence vessels donated wholly to conventional forces acting as command vessels which have not been attacked. Commands Germonovich, Triaon and Ranna all implicated.
>.This is unacceptable.
>.Intelligence forces have offered inconsistent reports, explanations that do not advance beyond excuses.
>.Palace intelligence communed to examine evidence and concludes that loss of confidence between intelligence forces and conventional military is a factor. Sabotage is suspected.
>.For immediate future, intelligence vessels are to operate only with cleared escorts and support from authorised core provinces.
>.Operations of paramilitary organisation "Alliance of Heroes" to be considered a nexus of additional dissent among conventional forces. Relative standing of suspect organisation too strong in contested provinces to warrant conventional arrests.
>.All intelligence vessels therefore instructed to purge all "Alliance of Heroes" agents on sight, irrespective of current mission or civil circumstances. Sympathisers or collaborators within Commands Germonovich, Triaon and Ranna to be detained and their loyalties investigated.
