Sari Ikan

Appearance

A blend of tropical and Mediterranean subtypes, Sari’s feathers are a mix of red, yellow, dark blue, and black.

She almost always wears the comfortable Chari militia uniform made with one of their synthetic weaves, bearing no rank insignia, instead having the customary ship badge of the ship she operates out of, the Barie, framed by a tricolour border of red, blue, and white in equal parts, denoting her triple Specialisation, as well as a pair of name tags, one in her native language's alphabet, and one in the sector's lingua franca's. Usually, she also likes to differentiate herself and add flair by using a pair of holographic ribbon wristbands, letting her leave trails of light as she moves, and draw things mid-air if she so desires.

Description

A Commodore in the Chari militia, currently in command of the Ascension's expedition put together to establish diplomatic relations with the Coalition, consisting of a task force of three Intana-class scout frigates - Barie, Rashi, and Alma Kira - as well as a pair of refit diplomatic cruisers, the latter of which are currently stationed at key Coalition capitals. Sari hails from the Chari colony world of Sakkil, and her personality bears marks of the stereotypes of both tropical and mediterranean subtypes of her race.

Her hopes of being accepted into the Reliquary Guard bore fruit following her front and center position in the first contact between the Chari Ascension and the Coalition, which is also how she got promoted to Commodore shortly after her previous advance from Commander of the Barie, collectively landing her in the highly prestigious position of having three Specialisations - a true rarity.

She’s a decent shot, skilled martial artist, and a good dancer. In spite of her command role, she is among those aboard the Barie qualified to use Chari augmented armor, and, being more on the techy side, she has a variety of computerized implants and is proficient with them. She also has a basic degree in Elder studies, but she dropped out soon after earning the degree in favor of her Guard aspirations.
