Twilight Tower a.k.a. Starrise Tower

The Twilight Tower - officially the Starrise Tower - was the first building planned in Twilight City . It takes its original name from the four pointed star that caps its 144 floors, which shines from dawn and dusk so brightly that the glow is visible across the Twilight Badlands. The nickname "Twilight Tower" comes from the fact that it's become the most recognisable landmark in Twilight City. 
The outside of the building is a trellis overgrown with plants which specialise in purifying the air, with spaces for the windows. The building is given over to office space.
Originally owned by philathropist Harold Potinsky, the founder of Neurafon, the Twilight Tower was gifted to Twilight City 15 years ago on the understanding that Neurafon wouldn't have to pay rent for the first 20 years.

As the headquarters of the world-renowned company Neurafon, the cybertech and telecommunications specialists, one of the most notable aspects of the Twilight Tower is the showroom where all the lastest products and enhanceables are on display. More subtle, but of equal importance to those eager to learn more about Neurafon, is the state of the art security system. The lower levels are at a catch a release protocol, but rumour has it that upper levels of the tower are subject to what is referred to as "007 protocols", including lasers, machine guns, and even minor explosives to counter any would-be heisters with ideas of infiltrating Neurafon's most private R&D floors.
