Biography
Gustavo Orta was a member of the
Valentinos, a gang focused on brotherhood and Chicano culture. Gustavo started out in the gang with Jackie Welles and they became friends. Years went by and his ruthlessness helped him climb to the peak of the Valentinos ranks as their leader. He was known to be ruthless and stamp out his rivals in Heywood. Recently his ruthless nature has taken a backseat and he has been behaving strangely.
