Poser gangs

Poser gangs evolved from subcultural communities, and there are many distinct groups - Gothic Lolitas, Tribals, Bollywood, Pennywise, Harlots, KK (Korean Kitsch), PanAm, Spacers, and many others, including all kinds of history geeks.
They are immediately recognizable by a specific look and attitude, which is basically the whole point. A lot of posers go beyond costumes and modify their bodies to match the subgroup clichés. KKs like unnaturally enlarged sparkling eyes and petite stature, while deformed grotesqueries from Pennywise with frozen clown smiles and huge floppy feet are there to make anyone shudder. A lot of Tribals give themselves various animal-like body parts depending on what totem spirit they worship. Very small number of posers will admit that their gang just has a very expensive hobby - "It's a lifestyle!"
Poser gangs hold no turf, and what they do ranges from street performances and pranks (sometimes cruel and sadistic) to casual robberies and looting. At the same time, they live and die by the pulse of the street, know latest news and often have useful connections. Some posers graduate to legit organized crime, and others become junkies to wither away on dirty floors.
