Once the Assistant Mayor, Councilman" haakensen can always be found in his office. He has contacts with all the special interest groups, as well as the Corporations and organized crime. Or, to be more specific, they all have contacts with him. So far, he has been able to juggle all this for years without anyone being the wise, and, given the fact that there's no longer an official Mayor of Night City, he's the closes thing the Council has to a favor-granting power broker.
