The Forlorn Hope

A small, exclusive Solo bar that caters primarily to veterans from the SouthAm and 4th Corporate Wars, serving as a home away from home to many of the City's most dangerous retired Solos. Its location is only known to a small group of very close-knit patrons, and it does not advertise.

History

The bar was founded before Night City was renamed after its founder, Richard Night in 1998. Its location was used for a hotel named "Sierra Hotel" or "Hotel Sierra" before the zone was overrun with warehouses and industrial buildings. The bar's owner and founder was Dr. John Freeman, who originally opened it for the last generation of veterans.
