Dare

Dare is agent of chaos. He will do anything to anybody for the right price. He is a wheel-man and a courier, driving a highly modified 2047 Thornton Champion. He is not exactly chivalrous, but has been known to give a discount on his services to a pretty face. Dare is one of the flashier members of the car gang Mobility. He also plays lead guitar in the band Nitro Belvedere.
